（1）起步阶段（2000年～2002年）

• 2000年：产品起步；成功研发电子警察产品系统、信号机控制系统；获得第1项专利。

• 2001年：综合销售、服务起步；推出综合指挥调度系统；承接了国内第1个城市智能交通系统－湖南郴州市交通指挥中心建设。

Sold comprehensively and start from service; launched the integrated command and dispatch system; undertook the first domestic intelligent transport system 

project in Chenzhou city, Hunan Province-the traffic command center.

• 2002年：成功进入高速公路市场；承接了国内第1个高速公路通信设备项目－河南商开高速。

Successfully entered into the highway market; undertook the first highway communication project in Henan Province.

（2）发展阶段（2003年～2005年）

• 2003年：高速公路销售市场达19个省；市场占有率达到33%。

 Highway project market involved 19 provinces; the market share achieved 33%.

• 2004年：推出高速公路综合解决方案；市场占有率达到45%；开发综合平台。

 Developed the highway comprehensive solution; the market share achieved 45%; we also researched and developed the visualizing transportation integrated platform.

• 2005年：高速公路市场占有率达50%；启动研发车牌识别系列产品；获得交通综合平台软件著权；开发应急救援系统。

The highway market share achieved 50%; acquired the Copyright of traffic integrated platform software; developed the emergency rescue system.

（3）转型阶段（2006年～2009年）

• 2006年：开辟铁路交通通信市场和城市交通市场，市场涵盖轨道交通、城市交通、高速公路三大领域；自有产品应用不同领域；保持高速优势领域；筹建技术研究院。

Opened up the railway communication market and urban traffic market, including three fields of rail transit traffic, urban traffic and highway, etc. kept the highway advantages and prepared 

and constructed the Technology Research Institute.

• 2007年：自研产品定型；保持三大领域并行发展；自主研发产品取得阶段性成果。

Self-owned product became fixed and unchangeable; maintained the parallel development in three fields; the self-researched product got the substantive results.

• 2008年：自主定型产品扩大；三大领域业绩稳步提升；自研产品开设实验局；实现战略转型第1阶段目标。

• 2009年：设立自研产品试验局，确立三大交通行业地位，设立国内七大片区；实现国际项目零的突破；自主研发产品均实现销售。

Establish the industrial role of the three major areas of traffic; found seven sales regions; realized the international project breakthrough.

（4）高速成长阶段（2010年开始）

• 2010年：自研产品扩大应用，新产品销售达30%；国际市场正式规模化运作。并确定了整体搬迁无锡的重大决策。

The international market has developed along the right line; and determined the whole company to be relocated in Wuxi city.

• 2011年：公司整体从北京搬迁到无锡，力图打造国际化智能交通产业园，实现飞跃发展。

The company relocated from Beijing to Wuxi; and achieved a rapid development; founded Jiangsu ITS-IOT engineering and technology research center, Undertook Jiangsu IOT application and demonstration project.

• 2012年：实现国内一、二、三线城市全阶梯覆盖，深入拓展国际战略合作并取得成果；发起并成功组建“无锡市智能交通产业联盟”。

The company is trying to realize nationwide coverage of first-tier, second-tier and third-tier cities, to deepen international strategic cooperation and has achieved good results; We successfully organized Wuxi ITS League; Recognized as the Jiangsu innovation team.

• 2013年：深入开拓国内、国际市场，积极发挥智能交通产业联盟理事长单位作用，整合产业链中上下游企业资源，推动中国智能交通产业的发展。同时成功突破智慧城市领域，为公司多业务、全方位发展打下良好的基础。

We further opened up national and international markets; As a president unit in ITS industry, we played an active role in integrating resources of companies in the industry chain to push 

forward the development of Chinese ITS industry. We successfully made breakthrough in the field of wisdom city and laid a good foundation for to multi service and all-round development of the company.

• 2014年：正式启动集团化运作，业务方向多元化。积极参与城市级智能交通整体设计、规划、实施以及维护，成为了智慧城市建设中重要组成部分。

Collectivize operation is officially launched and the business is diversified. We played an active role in the overall design, planning, implementation and maintenance of city Intelligent Traffic, 

and became an important part of the construction of wisdom city.
